The Clients aimed to rejuvenate their 20-year-old waterfront residence, seeking both exterior upgrades and interior refreshments for a revitalized ambiance. Their vision encompasses a comprehensive renovation plan, beginning with a luxurious transformation of the Master Bathroom, boasting a spacious walk-in shower bathed in natural light.

To enhance the home's welcoming allure, the Entry Foyer underwent a makeover, featuring new doors, flooring, and a chic staircase update. A seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living was achieved by expanding the Great Room onto the Lanai and Pool area with expansive sliding glass doors. Further interior enhancements included updated flooring, fresh paint, and the installation of new kitchen cabinetry.
-
Upstairs, the Bathrooms were reconfigured for improved functionality, while the Family Room now boasts a larger window, strategically positioned to frame picturesque lake views from the writing desk. Looking ahead, plans for an exterior facelift include the installation of new windows and a stylish blend of materials to elevate the home's curb appeal.

IN THE CLIENT’S OWN WORDS
Cathy is very professional and a hands on architect. We took more than two years with the design and she was always on time in sending changes that we requested adding her own expertise and guiding us through out the different phases of construction. It's very easy to talk to her and she was extremely patient with all the changes we asked her to make. I have not come across an architect like Cathy, who is professional and very personable, She understood the emotional aspect we went through with construction. We are blessed to have found Cathy to design the remodeling and [Chapman & Co, Inc.,] to do the work for us. She stays in the budget and educated us on the engineering part of remodeling as well as ideas on how to be realistic about the budget. Thank You Cathy, for the fine remodeling job.
